Hi everyone! We are currently at capacity and are not accepting new clients.
We know these services are very important and we are actively working to bring on new technicians to expand the number of clients we can serve at Bluebird. But in order to ensure that our existing clients receive the care and attention they need, we are temporarily pausing the intake of new clients.
We will keep this status updated here. Please check in on March 1st. We do hope to open again to new clients at that time. And we look forward to seeing you in spring!
If you have been on the waitlist and have received an email inviting you to book in, please go ahead and do so! If you are a current client of ours feel free to book yourself in!
All new clients begin with an Initial Consultation. You can choose a consultation that’s right for you: either in-person or via Zoom. If you choose a Zoom consultation you will receive a Zoom invite a few days prior to your appointment. Either way, we look forward to seeing you!
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is held just for you. A late cancellation or no-show leaves time in the day when we could have seen another client. To help us fill all available time, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment, you do so giving us as much notice as possible. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
